Whiddon, They are my suspicions and hopes as well that the name changes from MPA to RCA etc etc factor a lot of conditions and trigger them once the main document is signed to speed up the process rather than more formalities.
It has taken a couple of extra months to finalize but if it the changes etc speed up the process to construction it certainly will be worth it.
Fingers crossed, Hopefully some good news today.
