That's two weeks ago vintage, er welcome to the modern world asx, an MD isn't allowed to inform the public that he is indeed conversing in person with off-take partner? I can't see why even if business was discussed (and in this case he said it wasn't) that it could be connected to a dinner two weeks later.
That's a long bow on some pretty lean evidence.
