It's nothing that we were not aware of already. He was doing the right thing by letting us know that nothing has materially changed with SK and discussions are still on-going.
I don't think its fair for people to be too harsh on the ASX here, as they do have a responsibility to investigate what's going on. The blame in my opinion lies with the person who bears a grudge against B.B and is attempting to be malicious and use the ASX as a weapon against B.B.
