On the contrary, we do!

The first announcement (the 'response to ASX Aware Questions') ended with the statement:

"If you do not respond to this letter by the deadline set out above or if ASX does not consider your response to be satisfactory, ASX is likely to suspend trading in AUZ’s securities under Listing Rule 17.3"

The second announcement was the 'pause' - while the ASX deliberated on BB's response and whether they would suspend or not.

The third was the suspension which read:

"The securities of Australian Mines Limited (‘AUZ will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.3, pending a satisfactory response to ASX queries. The securities will remain suspended until receipt of a satisfactory response to ASX queries"

They met the deadline but not the 'satisfactory response'.

So, its in suspension until BB provides that 'satisfactory response'.
