All I know is that when I struggle to get in contact with management (i left messages at head office, sent emails to board, comapny sectretary etc) and struggle to get a reply.. something is completely wrong... and its recent financial performance supports my theory. As soon as management is not willing to talk to me for very valid reasons, then I bail on teh stock.
