Brewer and his mates are clearly floundering - all parties have had plenty of time to get this deal done by now. There is no good reason for a suspension. Shame the directors fees from his six directorships aren’t suspended as well - the cash will keep rolling in ! Typical of junior company directors who don’t have the confidence in their ability to create wealth from equity !
