It certainly feels like someone is doing a little Due Diligence, and its taking a little longer than expected. They only extended by 1 day.
Considering the Investor Presentation released 2 days ago, feels like its targeting one person/group.
Page 15 of the investors presentation talks heavily about ECA funding/loan. You wouldn't bother saying that to a pip-trader. It seems to me to be a Cornerstone Investor type presentation.
All IMO, DYOR, I'm likely wrong, normally am wrong.
