the wiping of buys and sells is not an issue, most will be changed or removed once near the end of a halt, and besides they can always be replaced.
the raising to SI's is virtually done overnight. All the SI raising I've been involved in involve a phone call and a yes or know plus wiring of funds.
In this case, there's likely something more than just a simple CR.
