I would have to think the quarterly report was done and dusted, they know the numbers, so no reason to have delayed the release of that.

If the proposed acquisition was taking longer to finalise, then I would have expected the voluntary suspension letter to make some form of reference to that, as that is a valid reason to extend the trading halt.

Therefore, I believe the issue is Digicel related. I would not be at all surprised if the ASX is referencing back to the prior ASX aware letters regarding future revenues, if indeed the Digicel deal has been terminated or changed in a negative manner. If this is the case, then it does not sit well given all the spin from DM about how they had improved the process with their legal advisors etc around the scrutiny they apply to ASX announcements.

Bundling up the announcements looks like a mistake.
