I still expect BUD to release the 4C before the open of trading tomorrow, maybe this evening.
Hopefully Digicel is not walking away. Now that Digicel have had 12 months selling Ohm, maybe they are just downgrading the contract to numbers that they can achieve.
The acquisition is possibly small as BUD could not afford a large acquisition.
