For Nasdaq x-listing, I expect yacov to:

1.Issue 16m to 20m news shares to Nasdaq investors, at abt 80c to $1 each;
bringing total SOI to under 400m,
as long as yacov still control 50.1%.

2.Raise U$15 to $20m

3.Acquire a new IDTF, at $6m-10m

4. Ann a few more Purchase Orders

In future, 3-6 months down the track, they can always issue more shares at much higher sp if they need more funds for working capital or more acqua.
