I finally gotten around to reading the actual ann and imo this delay must be of major significance in that " The Company is endeavouring to finalise the preliminary final report as soon as possible andanticipates lodging it with the ASX during the week beginning 4 March 2019". As mentioned by other HC members, people within the company know well in advance to have these ready to comply with ASX rule listings for the 28th.

I don't see this being an accountant vs director as to what revenue is or isn't to be declared as this report surely wasn't being typed up for the first time on the morning of the 28th.

Per above, GMV have bought themselves 4 days to review / release / sign what ever needs to be done. IMO(hoping) some significant, yet positive news has been received and its awaiting sign off or some sort of declaration. 

GMV is a spec stock for a reason, but its foundations are the best on the ASX so I don't forsee the delay being a negative one.
