I personally don't think it's a very good look. But I don't think is the end of the earth either. I don't think it's related to another announcement however, as an announcement regarding anything upcoming would have ZERO impact on the annual report. 

Many times we have fretted over a trading halt only to be pleasantly surprised on the other end. Just need to wait this out. I've waited for 20 months, a few more days won't kill me. Nothing can be done while is on a halt anyway....
