@Galilee13. I think you have correctly identified the issue. IFRS sets criteria for going concern issues to be considered by the directors when presenting the AR to shareholders and the market. At this stage I would expect there is some uncertainty about ability of GMV to meet the contracted repayments in loan from Dr G. This will therefore require explanation in the AR and also probably elicit a comment from auditor in their report. If these issues were not identified on a timely basis they take time to discuss, agree explanations required, either re document and/or obtain director sign off.
While we have very limited actual tangible evidence to make a call I do not see any difficulties for GMV sorting and complying with any GC issues.
These are administration and accounting issues and not business threatening events.
