I agree with attitudes, you can't stamp your feet, instead you need to level responsibility at management and vote accordingly at the AGM, that's the only way to hold those responsible accountable. You can't blame NMDC, if I were in charge of finance I would wonder why the company wanted to spend millions on a soon to be expiring patent. If I were them I would just wait until the patent expired.
