Of course they are. I could only imagine ECT are seeking a solution to years of hard work. Goalposts are ever changing.
They're dealing with a behemoth obviously an are minnows in comparison to wha would be on NDMC's plate.
It is just unfortunate about the communication we receive on our end - expectations not being clearly explained prior.
Hopefully we have a mapped out process laid out in front of us over the next two weeks.
