I have nothing financially to do with OGX however I see many things similar to AVQ. JG is a member of the board of directors in both companies. AVQ is voluntary suspended for almost 3 months for various reasons and above all because CR fails and the piggy bank is almost empty. Magna's name was several times the most common in the context of "quick loans" as c-notes that only annoyed shareholders due to successive dilutions.
