Recapitalisation is far worse than CR. In CR the dilution is limited to 25% but in recapitalisation the dilution could be any number under 100%.
i estimate from at least 60% to 90% by looking of available cash, projected expenditure, current market cap and possible recapitalisation share price.
I assume you need a massive massive sp appreciation to get the 6c back after relist provided it relists again.
