Voting NO would be the WORST thing! At the moment we need a stable board. Yes it sucks the position we are in but we haven’t got much of a choice. Voting NO would mean we would loose all of Wayne’s contacts and advisory board and any TAVR deal and set us back massively and would 100% require another CR. Hang on this will hopefully turn. I’m 87% down by the way and not happy but please think about the consequences If you were to vote No.
