Dear Ms SinniahADMEDUS LTD (ASX:AHZ) - REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSIONAdmedus Limited (the Company) refers to the trading halt granted on 15 April 2019.Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a voluntary suspension of thequotation of its securities effective from the commencement of trading on 17 April 2019.The Company advises thata) the voluntary suspension is necessary for the Company to conclude discussions withConstellation Therapeutics Limited (Constellation) in relation to the share saleagreement entered into by its wholly owned subsidiary Admedus Investments Pty Ltd(AIPL) and the other shareholders of Admedus Vaccines Pty Ltd (AdmedusVaccines) for the sale of all of the shares of Admedus Vaccines (theImmunotherapies Transaction). Constellation has indicated that as all theconditions to the Immunotherapies Transaction have not yet been satisfied, it maynot wish to conclude the Immunotherapies Transaction on the current terms aspreviously announced to ASX, and instead pursue an alternative transaction, thedetails of which are currently uncertain;(b) the Company expects the suspension to last until the earlier of the commencement ofnormal trading on 26 April 2019, or the release of an announcement by theCompany;(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspendedfrom quotation; and
