It is not a bad read, quite informative, some of it above my pay grade in ref to understanding business matters/accounting etc.

Basically in reference to AI, it’s history and the current proposed deal with SB

Constellation Therapeutics Limited, a Hong Kong incorporated company is the party engaged with Admedus to acquire its interests ‘in exchange for shares in Constellation’, not sure if public company. SB has a hand in it too (?)

History; Admedus holds a 72 % interest in Admedus Vaccines, over 6 years, 2010 to 2016, spent 13 mill on it.

AI; HSV-2, HPV (Hand and Neck cancer), RNA collaboration, Immuno-oncology and Opex, the studies involved.

Interesting: Phase 2b study to be undertaken in China with a larger study group (160 people) using higher doses, new vaccine needs to be made (old lot beyond its shelf life), estimated cost 1.4 mill.


Next bit also interesting; Fair value of Admedus Vaccines; HSV-2 and HPV, between 8 to 15 mill, after expenses of further R&D, figures for obvious reasons is a estimate I guess.
