Yes mate I agree with you but at this very stage in the company I believe we need a stable business and BOD.
if we were cashflow positive and 20m in the bank I would vote NO with these results too.
but we are not and we need stability.
Yes the options are at a disgusting price at should be 20c plus.
Voting NO though will mean we would lose

TAVR deal
SB and SIO did there DD and I’m sure if they saw a problem with Wayne or the business they would of pulled the plug on their capital. We would most likely loose them too
