Yes there is , it’s the same company if you do a google search you will see the same ceo and board , it’s just listed in two exchanges . It’s nit mentioned on the annual,reports . Therefore if it truely is , this is what makes it so strange that there has been such a high jump when on ou market is on trading halt.
