the rules for what you can and can't say in an announcement are a bit tighter these days so I'd expect an announcement later today, after all it's still the 29th up to the bell. I'm guessing that if something had changed radically about financing that the Company would have prepared for that so I think it's an ASX hitch. All IMO.
