With all due respect, that has nothing to do with providing the ASX with an accurate timeframe. If you can't meet the self-imposed timeframe, then you update the market with a new timeframe and the reasons for the delay before the original timeframe expires. That's how you operate a business. The market has now been open for 2.5 hours since that timeframe elapsed with no update. Pretty poor if you ask me. Shows a blatant disregard for investors and the broader operation of the market.
