So what if there is nothing to say to the market at this 'exact' point in time.
However, there may be something 'soon'.
Do you want the company to announce 'before the market open', that there is 'nothing to say' at this time ??
If so they would look stupid, and most shareholders would certainly be questioning the sense of such an announcement.
I feel sure they are aware of their obligations, and will advise the market when something material is available to say, even if it does not match their Exact Expectation of time frames.
