    There was 'something soon' on the 23rd of April when they went into the trading halt, and consequently the suspension. If there wasn't 'something soon' on this date, they wouldn't have entered a trading halt. The imposed timeframe to update the market on this 'something soon' has passed, and thus an update to the market was required prior to commencement of trading today. That is from a legal perspective, as well as a general 'good business' perspective.
