I couldn't give a shit about them breaking business law (although the company itself should). I care about the complete lack of regard for their investors that provide the funds they use to operate. If news wasn't ready (or near ready) to announce, then they should not have entered the trading halt/suspension, or they should have requested a longer timeframe. Simple.
