Have I got this right?
A poster notices a change to our long awaited mining approval from a google search on the Mozambique mining cadastre website. However on their website it states the approval was granted 27/02/2019 (Em Vigor)
Another poster gives Dave a call to clarify.
The next day Dave puts us in a trading halt.
2 days later Dave is still unsure and the trading halt continues.
