Given the vwap for last 3 months has been around 10c, I would be very surprised if they raised under that?
They still have around $1m cash and $2.7m for oppies conversion in 6 months, so no need to offer at a discount imo. It could be a cornerstone investor looking to get on board..now that would be good news if the deal is solid!
