It has to be related to the transfer of the funds to Australia.
There still seem to be some issues regarding the transfer.
Most likely it will affect the share price
According to ASX guidance note 16 a trading halt can only last 2 days, so this is probably so this information can be discussed at the AGM

What it could be.
There are a few options that the board has considered and wants to relay them.
It needs shareholder support to enact those options.
It wants to discuss this at AGM to get other shareholders' opinion on the matter
Theyre able to transfer funds but a limited amount.
