I agree with RabbitRoger, they can get funds out of China. The bigger problem may be that they can't get the amount of funds transferred out of China required to pay a Dividend. But it could just be, that Jiameng is being uncooperative and he does not want to share any of the Cash with all of the invested Shareholders.
