    the people I have talked to trying to get projects into shells have all said the ASX has changed a lot in the last 5 years. I guess the last time Gardner attempted to do anything substantial with DMG was even longer ago still.

    Given they are still! in this strange state of past requested time but no update nor released from suspension ... it can only be an argument with the ASX surely.... DMG blaming a meddling ASX... ASX lawyers attempting to lift a standard in shareholder fleecing..??
