Assuming VML are looking to acquire a project from an ASX listed entity, had a quick skim through ASX announcements of the past two trading days for any Trading Halts or Voluntary Suspensions; two mining/exploration companies returned results outside of capital raising notifications;

• EMU:- "pending the release of an announcement advising of the outcome of negotiations in relation to its Chilean exploration tenements."; and,
• GWR:- "pending an announcement to the market relating to a material transaction involving a potential asset disposal."

The former seems unlikely related, however, the latter... ? The only bug bear to drawing a line between them is the dates don't quite align, GWR went into trading halt on 11th June, requested Voluntary Suspension on 13th June and requested a continuation through 1st July yesterday.

Notwithstanding the far fetched dot joining above, my recollection is GWR and TGN are somewhat intertwined (?) so would be a bit 'full circle' for VML to sell a project to TGN then acquire a different project from GWR.

Wild speculation but a bit of fun to poke around for potential links.
