Seems that a debenture borrowing unsecured to new co to cash out existing shareholders. No relationship to assets or cashflows or infact any thing to do with Sapphire (IMO) except in name only. This is no rank, unsecred with no G/Tees over interest coupons which cannot be derived directly from "Farm", IMO. Seems to be in contrast to Video IMO. A lot of noise ( IMO) about $1.8m
