But aren't they limited in what they can raise by a share offering? At the AGM a resolution was passed to increase the number of shares to be offered by 10%. Not sure what the base number is.....15%? 20%? So say 30% of 1.1 billion shares = 330 million shares @ 0.01 = $3.3 mil. This has never made sense on its own. Capital has always had to come from some other avenue
