    Agreed..unless we have the Chinese coming in and NST contesting for EAR (which I still think is a possible), then my guess will be a 40% premium on current price. That does sound reasonable when viewed from a NST perspective, but in my view it still does not reflect the in-ground value of the resource in a bull market.
