Of course as with any buyer they want the lowest price possible. It really is no different to any asset, people may talk of all the potential of XYZ and how the bid is opportunistic and then we get the "lets all say no" crowd on social media that all means diddle squat in the end. If you have a savvy buyer who is positioned you will probably get somewhere around what @nordesmic suggests, could be a tad more or as I hope a mix with script which may increase the overall value. Sometimes, not often some larger players/holder sees leverage, then who knows.
