REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSIONDear Sir/Madam,Echo Resources Limited (ASX: EAR) (Company) requests a voluntary suspension of theCompany’s securities pending discussions concerning a potential change of control transaction.The suspension is requested to commence immediately and to continue until before commencement of trade on Thursday, 29 August 2019 or such longer period as is required for the Company to make an announcement regarding the potential change of control transaction.The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
