I agree. It is a shot duck.
I think someone else will make a play for the assets though: similar to the way MIN "took" EGO's assets (small loan with impossible covenant, taken in desperation - which leads to the secured creditor taking the lot).
Matter of time before this one goes splat. And in typical form, much denial from existing holders.
