Management has mentioned to some they will reply shortly. They conveniently did not state when. I strongly urge people here to call the company and ask. I think that this is the phone number at their HQ +972-8-9584777. Will do so myself as well (time in Israel is almost 9am). At the very least they should publish an announcement on their investor relations page as to when they expect to reply. The more they wait, the clearer it gets that they are negligence, violating reporting requirements and creating damage to shareholders.
