I agree about doing some sort of a deal......but
IMO they are scrambling behind the scenes to cobble some sort of face saving reply with respects to the Hygea PO. This needs some sort of statement of iron clad significant revenues with Hygea. If Hygea don’t want to be a party to this statement of a P.O. (revenue) then a breach is a real possibility.
Again this is my opinion only.
