If the company is working on a response, why aren't they sharing this with the market? The worst thing they can do in my mind is not say anything. This only increases the suspicion and speculation. I for one am worried that this means they will never respond or if they do, will provide a light response in 3 months time that will mark the end of this company. I cannot rely on people in HC saying Brendan has reassured them that there will be a response soon. Those kind of things haven't materialized before. Lacking some sort of an official response from the company in the next few days, I intend to reach out to ASIC with a request that they investigate whether GMED has intentionally misled investors. I think all of us here should do the same.
