Oh please, they're advertising because they are a fully functional company which requires employees. These jobs would be current and need filling. Jobs aren't just posted willy nilly...

Of course the company isn't responding on purpose. However before you throw words like "fraud" around why don't you consider the many other reasons they may not be able to reply yet... ie confirming MOU's are still relevant etc which are out of their hands until they have a response.

Litigation isn't going to get us far, we'd be lucky to recoup 25% of what we've invested. Calm down and wait patiently, there's next to nothing we can do now.
