I just watched the doco on Theranos and couldn't help but see similarities in the story here of GMV. Good concept, good intentions, but in the end everything though took to long to come together or in fact never could be achieved, but the CEO would never accept the facts and was blinded by her desire. They raised an immense amount of money and in the end - Nothing!!
The doco is worth a look for those interested
