    Yes I believe announcements both price and non-price sensitive can be announced when during a period of no trading.

    OOK (Brendan’s company) released a 4c and a 4e during suspension. Although that was voluntary I believe it still applies... I’m actually half expecting the suspension to end with the September 4c announcement showing (fingers crossed) increased revenues.
