what about all those who posted that they have spoken with Brandan who promised imminent response? the week has passed, and guess what? - we heard absolutely nothing from the company!!! Regardless of whether it serves their purpose of not facing their failures, it is unprecedented and puts the company at material risk. The longer they wait, the clearer it gets that they violated reporting requirements and caused real and substantial damage to shareholders. There is a clear case here against all the officers and directors. I know this is not shareholders' preferred route but if the company is willing to take this risk it says a lot about its condition and about the people running the company. Given the above, I won't be surprised if they do not resume trading at all
