I'm thinking this is more around disclosure issues. Doc is treating this like a private company with little communication to shareholders. The company/businees is legitimate but communication to shareholders is poor. I'm thinking they did not immediately disclose information that they were aware of within a reasonable time frame. That would be my guess. Nothing we can do now ladies and gents. Let's see wait for their response to the query.
