I just got off the phone from Brendon. He was polite, a little apologetic, but gave me no material reason for concern. GMV are currently working on a response to the ASX but have not lodged it as yet but are close to doing so. He cited numerous complaints from shareholders as to the reason for the ASX query, together with more stringent policies regarding companies in general.

I asked Brendon about China. The Chinese do not recognise trials in other countries, notably the US and (as we know) Chinese trials have been proceeding in a few cities. Even to the extent that a dozen volunteers deliberately had their oxygen saturation levels stressed to check on the monitoring ability of the GM products. Brendon said that the trials will be completed "much sooner than the end of this year".

Dr Geva is prepared to continue to support the company financially, however costs have reduced and US revenue is increasing so funding is not a problem, Brendon said. The Hong Kong listing is occupying much of Management's time.

Brendon was upbeat, and I challenged him to let me know if there were any shadows around, but he said besides the continued dragging out of China, all good. Fingers crossed.
