Farm in, farm out, Sale, Hale or fail, ... as long as i don't hear the "C" word comming out of this or any new project at any point in time ... be it Capital or in the tiniest of amounts, not a cent!
They really better have a decent plan behind this thing ... if the delay is to sugar coat the C word in some fancy way and they are still going to essentially ask for hand outs for another 2-3 years, they'd better be taking time to be thinking of retracting it all together.
